Sales

This is an important function and PLP prides itself in having a dedicated and customer focused team of people. The sales team is broken into two clearly defined areas, Field Sales and Sales Support. Both work together to give the highest level of customer service in our industry.

The Field Sales group is focused on the customer needs and has many years experience in the utility, wholesale and industrial markets. They promote and support the largest product range and assist customers on technical and pricing issues. They work closely with their respective clients in developing new products to meet customer needs.

The Sales Support team have the responsibility for managing the ongoing needs of the customer on a daily basis. They provide the field sales group with all the in house service necessary. These include order entry, ensuring the on time delivery of orders and resolving day-to-day problems. They insure that customer orders are processed and manufactured to the agreed schedule to meet the customers work programme.
